Matthew is a new character from the Sploder Series,Skyward.
Backstory[]
Matthew was a regular 13-year old boy when he went exploring with his best friend, Alex. He found a void and they got sucked in. Later, Matthew heard a mysterious voice telling him about the evil Negativ and that he must stop him. Matthew stopped Negativ from taking over Reku, and he returned home.

Matthew and Alex have been best friends since they were very young.
Crystal[]
Crystal is another good friend of Matthew's.
Lloyd[]
Lloyd is Matthew's arch rival. However, Lloyd will occasionally help out Matthew on his quests.
Leo[]
Leo is also a rival of Matthew's, but they get along better.
Prof.Dunce[]
Like most of the other students in his class, Matthew hopes Prof.Dunce gets fired.
Nick[]
Nick is another good friend and often invents upgrades for Matthew and Alex when they need them.
Drew[]
Matthew and Drew get along well.

Elise and Matthew are friends, but Matthew is unaware that she has a crush on him.
